General Questions About EMS Training

What is EMS training and how does it work?

EMS stands for Electrical Muscle Stimulation. It uses safe, low-frequency electrical impulses to trigger your body's natural muscle contractions — just like your brain does, but more efficiently.

During EMS sessions, you wear a suit with electrodes that stimulate up to 90% of your muscles, including the deep muscle layers. This full-body activation happens with every contraction, giving you a complete workout in just 20–25 minutes.

How is EMS different from a regular workout?

EMS training immediately activates fast-twitch muscle fibers, which are usually only triggered during intense or prolonged gym workouts. That means more results in less time.
Studies show EMS sessions can be up to 15× more effective than conventional training. Just one or two 20-minute sessions per week can replace hours in the gym.

Do I need to prepare anything before starting EMS training?

Not much! We provide everything you need for the session — including the EMS suit, undergarments, towel, and isotonic drink.
There's no need to bring socks or special gear. If you have any medical conditions (such as a pacemaker, epilepsy, or recent surgery), please consult your doctor before starting.

EMS Safety & Health

Is EMS training safe?

Yes — EMS has been used in physiotherapy and rehabilitation for decades. The impulses only target skeletal muscles and do not affect your heart or internal organs. Our trainers are certified to ensure your safety and comfort.

Can the electric current harm my heart?

No. EMS impulses are low-frequency and work only on the muscles. They never reach or interfere with your heart, brain, or other vital organs.

Are there any side effects?

For healthy individuals, there are no negative side effects. In fact, EMS training has been shown to improve posture, reduce joint pain, speed up recovery, and support muscular balance.

Soreness after training is normal — just like after a great workout!

Can I train after an injury?

Yes — EMS is often recommended after injuries like herniated discs or muscle imbalances. It targets deep stabilizing muscles, supporting better posture and spine alignment. Always let us know your history so we can adjust your program.

EMS Training Benefits

What are the main benefits of EMS training?

EMS training helps you:

  • Tone and shape your body

  • Lose fat and build lean muscle

  • Improve posture and back strength

  • Boost your metabolism and recovery

  • Save time while reaching your fitness goals

All of this in just 20–25 minutes, once or twice per week.

Can EMS help with weight loss?

Yes — EMS training increases calorie burn and metabolic activity, even after the session ends. Combined with a healthy diet, it's a powerful tool for fat loss and body shaping

Can EMS help post-pregnancy?

Absolutely. EMS is ideal for strengthening the pelvic floor, tightening the core, and addressing common issues like incontinence or back pain — all under expert guidance.

Is EMS suitable for beginners?

Yes! EMS is tailored to all fitness levels, from complete beginners to athletes. Your session intensity is fully customized to your body and goals.
